We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the reservation. Reservations can be altered/ canceled/ or rescheduled through the email received once booking your reservation. Appointments that are cancelled or amended less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of service/services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation. Each client is subjected to 1 reschedule per reservation within the month booked. Deposits are non transferable to the next month. Please be advise, rescheduling may not be an option due to high demand!
